We charge a flat rate shipping charge based which region we are shipping to. We ship everything via it’s least expensive option and categorize shipping charges based on the cheapest rate available.

Of course, you could always spend at least $50 with us, and then shipping is on US!

We’ve partnered with Braintree a PayPal Company, which supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard,American Express, Discover, and JCB. Braintree also seamlessly integrats with PayPal, so if you want to use your PalPal account – we’ve got you covered there too!

Orders are proceeded during the week on a daily and usually take 3 to 5 days to process and ship once the order has been placed. (Weekend orders may take an additional 24 hours to process and ship.)

Depending on transit time all orders should be in your hands within the allotted time based on our shipping details shown here.Β  .

Absolutely! When your payment is processed you’ll notice a green lock in the upper left hand corner of the URL with the word “Secure”. You’ll also notice the URL is “https” which also means this is a secure connection. 

No worries! We take your credit card date very serious – and want you to feel secure.

If it makes you feel better, you can also use the PayPal option to be taken to PayPals site and use a credit card there. We still get paid and your order is still placed with us. 

Depending on the size of the order – we may just sit back and finish our Bonbons. However, if the order is large enough – we may start previewing our next cruise!

We’ll update you via e-mail every step of the way. When the order has been received, when it’s being processed and packaged, and when it ships with tracking for you to so you can estimate time of arrivaal.

We don’t actually “Invoice” you when placing an order. However, we do provide a “Sales Order” that is shipped with your order. This will provide the proper paperwork you may need if the order relates to record keeping, business purposes or charitable contributions.
